A year-by-year curriculum ladder
Each year builds on the last — more capable hardware, harder problems to run on it.

Frequently asked questions
Do students need to pay for cloud AI subscriptions?
No. Labs are built to run locally through Ollama or on shared edge hardware — no OpenAI/Anthropic API keys, no per-token bills. Students keep the setup scripts and tools even after the course ends.
What hardware do we need to get started?
It depends on which courses your college licenses — some run on any student laptop, others use shared kits like a Raspberry Pi, an NVIDIA Jetson, or a shared lab server, split across small groups rather than one per student.
Is the lab content locked behind login?
The environment — setup scripts, Docker configs, model pull scripts — is open source and free forever. Lab content, auto-grader tests, and solution references are the platform's IP and require a college license to unlock.
Does this work without internet during labs?
Yes. AI execution — inference, fine-tuning, RAG — happens on local or on-prem hardware. Internet is only needed for signing in and syncing grades.
Ready to run your first local AI lab?
No cloud bills, no vendor lock-in — labs your students build and keep.
